The beans that I carefully select for my coffee are roasted in a 5 kg Probat Drum roasting machine. The roasting process takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on the degree of roast and depending on the type of coffee, the temperature is between 185 - 220 C °.
Thanks to the gentle and slow roasting of smaller amounts of coffee beans, their aromas can develop optimally. The greatest possible freshness and taste are the rewarding result of my work. Short storage times also prevent premature flavor loss and thus guarantee the highest coffee quality.
My coffee comes as standard in 250g bags as beans and ground. 500g and 1000g bags are possible on request.
